These terms govern your use of www.mcstudio.rw (the "site"), operated by MCSTUDIO Ltd, Norrsken House, KN 78 St, Kigali, Rwanda. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Information on this site
The content of this site is provided for general information about MCSTUDIO and our services. It is not an offer, and prices, timelines and service descriptions may change. Any engagement with MCSTUDIO is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, not by these terms.
3. Contacting us
Sending us a message through the contact form does not create a contract or a client relationship. Please give accurate information and do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form; if a project requires it, we will agree a secure channel and, where appropriate, a confidentiality agreement with you.
4. Intellectual property
The MCSTUDIO name and logo, and the text, graphics and design of this site, belong to MCSTUDIO Ltd or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, modify, or republish its content without our written permission. Client names and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful content;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or related systems;
- use automated tools to submit forms or scrape the site in a way that disrupts it.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to third-party websites and services (for example social networks and AI assistants). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by Rwandan law, MCSTUDIO is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. 9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any dispute arising from or relating to them will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If it cannot be resolved within 30 days, it may be submitted to the competent courts in Kigali or, where both parties agree in writing, to arbitration at the Kigali International Arbitration Centre (KIAC), seated in Kigali and conducted in English.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
